The location was good. It was close to transport and shops.
The room was not properly cleaned. i found stains on the box spring, and it made me question the overall hygiene. also, the bed was terribly uncomfortable because oddly humped singles were pushed together to make a double. This caused me to slide into the middle all night.

The hotel is near both train stations. It took only a few minutes to walk from the station (Lille Europe). The Westfield shopping center is right next door. The staff were very helpful .
The hotel lacked air conditioning. It was being installed, but progress seemed slow. The street work outside was very loud at night. I heard heavy vehicles driving over a metal plate (very annoying).

This hotel is very close to both train stations, a great advantage. The staff are very helpful. My room was clean and included everything I needed for my short stay.
The room lacked air conditioning. I had to keep the window open, and there was some street noise at night.

I found the staff very helpful. They allowed us to leave luggage after check out. The shower pressure was quite good. The checkout time was kind.
There were just two tea bags available without coffee or milk. I requested milk, but was told it was not supplied. The air conditioning did not work, and it was very hot. My open window had mosquitoes.

Convenient Stay Near the Station

I found the location convenient to Lille Europe and Lille Flandres train stations. Westfield Euralille mall was also right next door. Taxis were readily available just outside, I appreciated that. The hotel maintained really good cleanliness and the staff seemed courteous.
The room had no air conditioning, it was too hot. This made sleeping difficult. The hotel should look into air conditioning for the rooms.

The room included a comfortable bed and a functional desk. The layout allowed for easy movement. There was also a mini fridge for snacks and drinks. The lighting was sufficient for both work and relaxation purposes.
